Update/No
Show/Cancellation Policy
No shows, last minute cancelations and not updating your
appointment if changes occur are costly.
By making an appointment you are agreeing to the terms and
conditions of this policy. In return, Twin
Cities Pack, Inc. agrees to give you time and space for your product.
Effective 1-1-12 a policy for these issues will be
implemented.

Updates
o Updates to
orders must be made 5 days in advance. A
tolerance of 15% will be accepted. Any
order not within 15% will be charged for the time and space promised to you at
the time of the appointment
o Calls for
changes must be received by 4:00 pm or will be counted as a next day call. Updates over the weekend will be considered
as a Monday call.

No Show/Cancellations
o If you call
for another appointment you will be required to put a deposit down before your
next appointment is verified. The
deposit fee is non-refundable and 50% of your estimated bill.
o Cancellations
made 5 days or less will also require a deposit fee for your next
appointment. The deposit fee is
non-refundable and 50% of your estimated bill.
Twin Cities Pack, Inc. regrets to have this policy but past
history has shown it is necessary.
