E-Coli, Salmonella, and Campylobacter Reduction

 

Twin Cities Pack, Inc. needs your help! Twin Cities Pack, Inc. is responsible for passing E-Coli, Salmonella, and Campylobacter testing. We have policies and procedures in place during harvest to help minimize contamination. You, as growers, need to put in place intervention steps as well. Birds that are dirty can be refused.
